How long do you need the equipment?
Many older internet articles on the subject may read as long as two weeks or more, however, current standard of care for face down recovery time is one week or even less. Your particular situation determines how long your own recovery will last. It may be as few as three to five days if your macular hole is small. Larger holes, retinal detachments or coinciding complications can lengthen your recovery time. Your doctor will tell you what is recommended for you.
